Prepare for your photo shoot

Preparation for a photo shoot begins prior to entering the studio. Following a simple checklist will assist you in what will be a very important stepping stone in your career.

1. Get plenty of rest the night before.
2. Plan wardrobe according to your look don't try to be someone you are not.
3. Drink lots of water, it does wonders for your skin.
4. Clear your calendar the day of shoot so you are not rushed.
5. Bring your favorite tapes and CD's.
6. Let the photographer know before the shoot what you feel are your strong points and your weak ones also.
7. ENJOY AND HAVE FUN!!!!!

Services
 Headshots: A headshot is an 8x10 photo of an individual that is used in the talent industry to introduce actors to agencies and casting directors. A headshot is an important tool in an actors career it is their business card and usually the gateway towards a successful career in acting. A headshot used for the acting industry is traditionally shot in black and white and is typically either a "tight" shot of the head and shoulders or a ¾ shot, which can consist of showing more of the body.

Composites; A composite is made up of a combination of color and/or black and white photos printed on a fold out card. The composite is used in the talent industry by models. A composite is used for any individual that is interested in a career in the print industry. Modeling composite are used for print, runway, and convention work. A composite could include fashion or lifestyle photos depending on how your agent feels you would best be marketed

Pageant photos Individuals entering pageants that require photogenic and/or portfolio contest and photos used for program books use pageant photos.

Advertising and corporate Advertising would include any photo used in any way to promote ones company in any manner. Or any reproduction of any image to gain exposure or profits. Corporate photos include any photo used in house for company representation.

Digital retouching Digital retouching is available on all actor headshots and composites. The fee for a very "basic cleanup is 15.00 per image any additional work is quoted per job request.

We will be happy to use a layout of your own design or use our judgment as to a layout that will best accommodate your picture selection. Please allow reasonable latitude to make necessary adjustments in cropping, sizing and arrangement of pictures, lettering and logos, etc. Number the back of your original pictures with pencil to correspond with the numbers indicated on the multipurpose layouts below or with your layout sketch. Placement of lettering will usually conform to examples unless otherwise requested by you. Quantities cannot be split between pictures or type. Vertical and horizontal orientation are available in all layouts.
