A Client told me “You have the eye & communication skills”

I said “The Eye?”

Client said “capturing the moment that others miss“
Another Client Said "the photographer of the Stars"

I run my photography business from my home, This allows me to bring professional photography price down and customer interaction to a personal level. I shoot for what I see in the client. I use digital editing programs to enhance the client and/or remove the obstructions, thus the perfect picture. Most of my clients want something different, I cater to that concept. I’m always open to new ideas and suggestions. Most other photographers have a set poses that they stick to… then that’s it. I take great pleasure in seeing your smiling reaction when you see your pictures.

My Education:
Went through Houston ISD schools. I was a motorcycle mechanic for Stubbs and Honda   Went to San Jacinto College Central, University Of Houston (PreMed), Attended Portraiture settings from Monte Zuker Photography. Photoshop savvy, Web Developing & Publishing, Database Developing, Computer Network setups, Processing & Printing all Films, DVD Authoring & Title Animations, script & story board,

Older History:

Born Native Houston 1961 (before computers were invented). When was about 8 years old I got my first camera. With this camera I shot many pictures then removed the film and placed it in water to develop the pictures. This was a great disappointment but a challenge. This was only to find the Developing was not an easy process. Since then, I have learned many - many photography skills. I acquired equipment to process & print from color slides to the large 4x5 view camera negatives. (I was like a mad scientist).

What I Did:

Develop color slides on location & printed prints from slides, model composites for ad agencies. Developing color negatives & printing 20x24 prints to making 300 8x10’s for the Chamber of commerce and Election Officials. I was very Busy. My office was located in the heart of Houston in the Great Southwest Building on Texas Ave, across from Minute Maid Park.  I was the Main photographer for Two Magazines (Viva & Texas Hisp). I was the main photographer for the Chamber Of Commerce promoting the TOP500 companies.  I was also part of the Production and the layout for Prepress of the magazines. Both of these magazines had about a 60,000 circulation each. I was shooting photography for custom Home built in the City of Bellaire and West University. As the photography blossomed so did video production. I started making Videos for weddings. Then Attorneys in the buildings wanted me to videotape depositions too. I was also video editing ¾” & ½” video tape to creating full documentaries for Attorneys. This project lasted for about 2 years. I missed photography.

Later I opened a glamour studio in Almeda Mall. Compared to other studio’s, The clients loved their pictures. After That I opened the Business at home.

About the picture: On assignment
This was July 2004 in Washington D.C. on the side of the Capital of the United States at about 530pm. Smithsonian's were closing. Judy and I had some free time so we shot here. Nice place to visit. Everyone should go there to get a little history of our fore fathers. Have you ever seen the flashing red lights on top?  We went into the Washington monument, All the way to the top.  They were only about 5ft away from our reach and flashing. Smithsonian's were Huge!! I't takes about 3 days to see each....well we only had 6 days .......do the math. The Smithsonian's were very informative, I learned how to build a jet engine!!
