All orders must be ordered before the 2^nd weekend of December.

Maximum of 7 people per session.

Shipping hand handling fees are $5.00 for items 8x10 and smaller. $10.00 for prints larger than 8x10. Taxes will also apply

This offer is not valid with any other offer.

Sessions are at the park.  You have the option so shoot in your home. Home sessions require $30.00 extra, This is due to the Extra Lights required.

Sitting fee: $15.00 + Options: View Previews on the WEB. Order Via Email, Portraits will be Mailed to you.

Custom Packages are also Available. ** Your Home/Galveston requires a 45.00 travel fee.

1. The Session (s)
   1. All Session are shot digitally and are displayed with in 72 hours at www.herreraphotography.com. The client has the right to have the images shot in film but this will increase the session price and delay the delivery.
   2. If you don't want your Images placed on line we'll make an appointment and a fee of 45.00 the fee for the Showing.
   3. Previews are Proofs, if you want adjustments to the image(s). I will work with you. You will finalize the adjustments Your print order will show the correction.
   4. Wallets can be separated by sheets of 8.
   5. Due to digital …. The poses are almost unlimited.
   6. There is an average of 10 ~ 100 shots taken and sometimes more.  *The Package you select determines the quantity of PREVIEWS you get. All Portrait/party sessions are not the same I capture all the important expressions and Family history in the making.
   7. Want to try something new? Feel Free to create your own Expression's, Don't be scared!.
   8.  All the Previews are viewed on the web.
   9. Purchased Previews are given lose in a Folio if < 20 or grouped in the Preview Book for 25 or more.
2. Time:
   1. Time given for a session is usually around 1~2hrs, It depends on the package selection. Weather is a important factor, If there is rain we shall reschedule or relocate. 1~2 hours for the engagement and or bridal sessions.
   2. Average shoot time is 15~30min per subject.
3. Money:
   1. Sitting fee. This is due on or before the Photo session.  If there is a cancellation, the fee is refunded if we’re notified 30 days in advance. This is in order to free up the day for another photo session.
4. Photo Rights
   1. All photos have Copyright Protection,  I will work with you if you need releases for Magazine publications. The client(s) accepts the right for me to publish any or all the images on my web for all clients in the party session to view them or for promotions.

Internet has come along way for ordering prints, I’m offering a new product called “THE BOOK” I’m working with  publisher to get  discount to print all your proofs in this book. The book will be printed on a 20page hard bound cover. The inset pages will be real off set print press (like a textbook).

To arrive on time, Greeting Cards must be mailed out 5 days before Christmas day.

Sometimes I do special testing of new equipment or New procedures and I need volunteers to photograph.  This includes some inside and some outside photography. What the volunteer gets is a copy of all the photographs and 1 8x10 print. If you would like to volunteer in on a testing day please fill out the form and Mail/Email it to me. Also when there is a session that involves a large group the $15.00 sitting fee is waved.
